Eric Cardona is an accomplished lending professional bringing 28 years of demonstrated success in banking and all types of business and real estate lending to his position as Senior Vice President at Commercial Lending X. Specializing in business and commercial real estate financing and related services, Eric meets the needs of borrowers by tapping a variety of capital sources which include traditional banks, GSE’s, CMBS and private equity lenders. Eric has consistently performed as a Top Producer having built up a large client base that relies on him for his financing expertise and understanding of the commercial real estate industry and markets. Eric earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
