Brad Hettich has over 20 years of commercial lending, commercial credit management, and commercial loan file audit experience.  Brad formed Commercial Lending X in 2009 after an extensive background in commercial finance from an earlier career with several commercial banks in the Chicagoland region where he originated all types of commercial loans (both C&I and real estate) and managed credit and audit processes. Over his more than twenty years he has originated and closed close to $1 billion in commercial loans.  When combined with loan review and credit underwriting, he has been involved in underwriting or assisting banks with loan review and underwriting of over $2.5 billion in commercial loan relationships.

Brad Hettich, President

Adam Fridman has over 22 years experience in real estate from development to commercial lending and investment banking.  Adam is also a contributor to Inc.com, author and internationally recognized speaker on the topics of culture and growth.  Over his career he has interviewed over a thousand leaders and developed a strong point-of-view from business inception to hyper growth.  Adam oversees strategy, technology, training, hiring, and hard money lending for CLX.

Maura Cannon has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Her experience includes retail bank management, relationship management, operational compliance, and commercial credit underwriting.  Maura handles day-to-day management of CLX and oversees underwriting, staff, newsletters and creation of marketing materials.

Wendy Stanwick has over 10 years of administrative and customer relationship management experience.  She joined the CLX Team in March of 2021 to support operations, lender relationships, client communication and follow up.
